Experience: Since 1978, working on diverse projects throughout the United States and abroad.

Established Firm: In 1996 Mr. Maloney established Precision Balance, Inc. Under his leadership all field technicians, project documents and test and balance reports are held to the highest standards and maintains a commitment to educating and training personnel in all technical aspects of test and balance techniques.

Expertise and Qualifications: Owner and President since 1996 Michael Maloney is a highly regarded professional in the field of testing and balancing of HVAC systems. He began his career working for a plumbing and HVAC contractor and soon learned test and balance, which would become his life long career. Project experience is extensive and includes but is not limited to hospitals, schools, industrial plants, correctional facilities, and all types of commercial buildings.

Kyle Stout, TBE, CxA

Experience: Mr. Stout started his career as a union pipe fitter in South Florida in 1981 and soon found his career path in HVAC TAB. Working in all phases of HVAC commissioning, testing and balancing, most of his experience has been located in the Southeastern part of the United States.

Joined Firm: In 1997 Mr. Stout was hired to assist with the demands of the growing business needs. As Senior Technician he holds a key position within the company and because of his keen eye for details and accuracy he is the guiding authority of all Precision Balance field personnel.

Expertise and Qualifications: As a field technician working in the industry since 1981, his project experience is too extensive to list and includes HVAC systems in all construction markets. Certifications and designations are as follows:
